و أضاف وسام هركي إلى أن المعلن بأن هناك ما يقارب من ٩ ملايين لاجئ تقريباً يستفيدون من موازنة مصر السنوية بقيمة ١٠ مليارات دولار موضحاً
أنه من يتقدم بأوراقه لتقنين وضعه سيتم النظر في موقفه و من لا يحصل على موافقة الدولة سيتم ترحيله لدولته.
وألمح وسام هركي بأن لا يوجد أي دولة في العالم خاصة في ظل الظروف الراهنة أن تتحمل عبء ٩ملايين لاجىء لا يلتزمون بأية حقوق إتجاهها.
وأكد وسام هركي على أن مشروع قانون اللاجئين الجديد في مصر يهدف إلى وضع تنظيم قانوني لأوضاع اللاجئين و حقوقهم و التزاماتهم المختلفة في إطار الحقوق و الالتزامات التي قررتها الإتفاقيات الدولية التي انضمت مصر إليها و ذلك لضمان تقديم جميع أوجه الدعم و الرعاية للمستحقين من خلال إنشاء اللجنة الدائمة لشؤون اللاجئين لتكون هي الجهة المختصة بكافة شؤونهم بما في ذلك المعلومات و البيانات الإحصائية الخاصة بهم.
و أنهي الربان وسام هركي حديثة قائلاً أتمني أن تكون لجنة شؤون اللاجئين هي اللجنة التي يتم جمع تحت ظلها كل الجمعيات و المنظمات و الهيئات و المؤسسات الدولية و الانسانية العاملة علي ملفات اللاجئين حتي تكون كل مساهماتهم و منحهم المادية و التنموية عابرة من خلال نفس اللجنة لتسجيل و معرفة كل التحركات بالأخص و نحن في وسط منطقة مشتعله و متوقع إزدياد اشتعالها من حولنا.
